The Carlsbad Community Foundation is pleased to invite South Eddy County organizations that promote the well-being of animals, domestic and wild, to apply for a grant from the Benjamin P. Duke Memorial Endowment Fund.
Eligibility – 501(c)(3) and other charitable organizations that are located in or serve South Eddy County in New Mexico, which includes Carlsbad, Loving, Otis, Malaga, and Queen.
Purpose – Funds to be awarded must promote the well-being of animals, domestic or wild. No other purposes will be considered.
Grant amounts – The Foundation anticipates grant awards of between $500 and $15,000. The number of grant awards may vary depending on the number of applications and needs.
Schedule – The online grant application will be available below on this page beginning April 1, 2023. The deadline to complete the online grant application is April 30, 2023. Late applications will not be considered. Successful applicants will be notified by June 30, 2023 and fund distribution will start in July 2023.
