Thanks for celebrating philanthropy with us during Community Giving Week! Be sure to check out our posts on Facebook that highlight the work of many local non-profit organizations. We also can’t wait for Thursday’s Community Reception, where we’ll be honoring the CHS Class of ’62 with the Legacy Award!
Endowment Matching Opportunity is available all week!
The Foundation will match all one-time donations to endowment funds* received or postmarked during Community Giving Week (Sept. 20-26, 2026) dollar-for-dollar up to $100! Also, new or increased online Recurring Gifts (automatically paid monthly, quarterly or yearly by credit card) to endowments will be matched up to $100 each payment for a year.

One Time Gifts
$25 donation + $25 Foundation match = $50 impact!
$100 donation + $100 Foundation match = $200 impact!
Online Recurring Gifts
$100 donation/month + $100 Foundation match/month = $2,400 impact!
Increased Online Recurring Gift

Existing $100 donation/month + $20 increase + $100 Foundation match/month = 2,640 impact!
CHS Class of ’62 to be Honored with Foundation Legacy Award
The Carlsbad Community Foundation is excited to announce that the 2026 Carlsbad Community Foundation Legacy Award will be presented to the CHS Class of ’62!
The honor will be presented during Community Giving Week at the annual community reception, which is set for Thursday, September 24, 2026 at 6 pm. Tickets to the reception are free, however you must RSVP to (575) 887-1131 by Sept. 16.
